Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Addison Ross gift box and protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive safely.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
